  • We collect this information only when you provide it to us voluntarily — through a donation, membership registration, volunteer application, contact form, or newsletter signup.

  • Volgistics (volgistics.com) — volunteer application and scheduling

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Donation records are retained for a minimum of seven years as required by the Canada Revenue Agency.
